Appreciated to be here, the hotel was fairly clean and magnificent, the location was great close to the forest with pure air. The staff was nice and we could use wake up calls and ironing free of charge...

Received a wheelchair accessible room with awesome views. The room had a beautiful view and a spacious bathroom, just like I expected. It was super convenient to have a coffee/tea maker, a fridge, and glassware available. ☕

The best part were the nice staff. Everything was great, including reasonably good and healthy breakfasts with omelets and cooks for omelets, for instance.

The restaurant was amazing for lunch, I tried wonderful dishes. The bathroom was large, also it included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe. The location was great and stunning, for example, Town Theatre was at a medium distance from the hotel.

The room here was nicely decorated and had its own bathroom 🚽. the bed was super cozy, and they even had central heating to keep us warm. I felt extra secure with the safe provided, and enjoyed watching TV with multiple channels. Plus, all the staff members were really friendly and helped me out with any issues I had.

The hotel exceeded my expectations during my city break. The staff were incredibly attentive and professional, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. Additionally, the breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was delicious. The hotel's location was also a major advantage, as it was conveniently located near the city center and within walking distance of the main attractions.

While my overall experience was positive, there were a few aspects that could be improved. The spa facilities felt somewhat outdated and could benefit from a refresh.

It was a very nice newly renovated facility with large rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of foods for all tastes. The staff was for the most part very helpful, with the exception of the bar. The swimming pool was huge and the Thai massage is worth recommending.

The in which I stayed was a little under-furnished so it looked unfinished. It was impossible to get a treatment at the spa the same day but they were available the following day. The spa itself was a little bare and unfriendly. English is not a language commonly used and it may be difficult to communicate with some of the staff, Russian and German go a long way.

We got a nice wellness double room with a great view and a bath for 4 nights. 🛁

The hotel is located in a quiet area of Karlovy Vary, on top of the center, making it a perfect location for a peaceful stay. The staff are friendly and always ready to assist with any requests. The rooms are in good condition and offer stunning views. The beds are comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast is varied and includes options for vegetarians.
